When you obtain access or request a consultation, we may process: your name, contact details (phone, Telegram, email), payment information (to the extent required by the payment provider to process a payment), and the content of your requests to the Service.
We recommend not sharing confidential personal or payment data of third parties with the bot in chat.

Data is processed to provide access to the Service, process payments, respond to enquiries and consultation requests, improve the Service, and comply with legal requirements.

Processing is based on your consent, the necessity to perform a contract (providing access to the Service), and where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Data may be shared with payment providers and technical infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is stored for as long as necessary for the processing purposes and is then deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
